The episode is now live.
This one is a bit different — another interview, but with two friends of mine under pseudonyms. Here’s the description:
In this episode we take a break from Leviticus to talk to two friends of Mike who use the divine council worldview of biblical theology in a unique way – ministering to deliberately / ritually traumatized people (e.g., victims of human trafficking and satanic ritual abuse). For those who have read Mike’s novel, The Portent, sequel to The Façade, the name “Fern” will be familiar. The “Fern” of this episode’s interview is the real person behind that character, though Fern is not her real name. “Audrey” (also a pseudonym) assists Fern in this ministry.
UPDATE 3/7/2018: Fern and Audrey now have their own non-profit ministry. Please donate to Discovering MErcy!
O.
Wow.
great comment! loved it.
Great interview! This subject is fascinating (although heartbreaking and disturbing). It’s amazing how the mind has been designed to protect a person under attack. Respect to these two women for doing what they do without seeking recognition for themselves. Would love to hear more interviews like this.
Now that I am starting to understand the Divine Council worldview I can see its influence everywhere!! Yikes!
LOVE the podcasts!! I am learning a lot. Thanks.
Glad to hear it!
I’m actually fairly familiar with this, unfortunately.
I don’t want to spend too much time on this, however my mother and her “friend” “programmed” memories into the mind of my siblings and I through dehydration, sleep deprivation and lack of food (a technique I found out they used in ‘nam) to have false memories of my father bringing us to satanic meetings and participating in the rituals when we were young.
To this day those memories are virtually indistinguishable from my actual memories.
My testimony is here for those that are interested,https://youtu.be/bUK0lBooVOo
It took years to recover from.
Thank you Dr Heiser, it was difficult listening to this, but it is very needed.
There are large satanic groups here in North East Ohio, which few people know.
I’ve met the consultant that educates the police departments here, he works closely with the Catholic churches in this over here. I don’t believe I’m allowed to say much beyond that, however I think it is good for people to know that some police are educated in at least the reality of it.
Thanks for saying what you can.
A riveting listen. Really takes the conversation out of the theological/theoretical and brings it into the messy experiential. It’s a podcast I will listen to a second time.
I too would love to hear more interviews like this. “What the Bible teaches about the unseen world — and WHY IT MATTERS” is the purpose of your work Dr Heiser. Please keep showing us WHY IT MATTERS.
I had to listen to the interview twice to get it. When I did, I wanted to cry. I had no idea how powerful this understanding is.
