I got this note today — I offer it here for all those wondering what’s up with availability on Amazon. I’ve answered this question a number of times already, but this offers a little more information:
Just to follow up on the issue with Unseen Realm being unavailable for pre-order on Amazon. I found out that they originally had it marked as an already-live product that shipped in March 2015 (see metadata) not as a pre-order with a future ship date. We are inquiring to fix it; it’s probably in the middle of being fixed.
I wasn’t kidding in earlier posts and comments about robots and metadata. That’s just the way things are nowadays, especially at Amazon. And you always need a human to fix things when there’s a mistake in the process. They’ll get it resolved.
bad books never get this kind of problem, do they? but a holy book like yours get it. you call “metadata”, I call satan.
It’s 6/10. Any updates on when unseen realm will be available on Kindle?
If I had them, they’d be posted, so no. Trust me — I’m as antsy as everyone else.
