And you missed it. Me, too.
This steaming pile of paleobabble reads exactly like the classic “I had proof of aliens but the government came and took it away” stories that are ubiquitous on the web. This is another Aaarrrgghhhh! Award nominee. (I’ll have to get around to judging those soon).
The “beauty” of this sort of story is that it is both completely unverifiable and completely unfalsifiable. No one except those who put out the story have names. What a piece of research! What heroic whistleblowers! Proof, please.
I’m betting the Smithsonian moved Adam’s body to AREA 51. Elvis is night security there.
Just remember: sanctified illogic and chicanery is still illogic and chicanery.
Among other things, someone needs to point out to “H” that his joke was not in any way the joke “D” eventually ended up remembering at the end of the transcript. It’s not a different “form”…it’s a completely different joke. Since this seems to be what he’s hinging his story on, he might want to…do some creative editing. These guys are usually pretty good at that, right?
Hi Mike,
Just wanted to let you know that your Every Thought Captive site is redirecting people to assorted websites while loading the photos at the top of the page. Today I was consistently redirected to a ChinaonTV website featuring a Sex Museum. Whatever is doing this tries to load a JS/Downloader.Agent virus to my computer. Fortunately it is blocked by my AV software, but it makes accessing your site impossible.
Sincerely,
Larry Ford
@laford1940: thanks for this – this is the first redirect I’ve heard of, though someone else reported the AV block. I’m guessing I can take care of this problem by a change of theme in WordPress. Just a guess, so I’ll try that. I’m wondering if this is a deliberate hack or if it’s a random result of something released on the web. Your thoughts?
What are your thoughts on The Book Of Enoch?
It’s an important ancient source into Jewish thinking and exegesis of the Second Temple period. I recommend reading it and using it in study/research on the OT.
Apparently the first commenter needs to read my comments closer where I specified that the first version of the joke told of the discovery from the Expedition’s point of view and the second joke told the Smithsonian’s point of view who had not participated in the expedition, but had merely received the body, like a Naval Orange from out of country.
Get it?
I thought you people were smarter then that.
Anyways – I see you’ve been experiencing technical difficulties beyond your control.
Welcome to my world…
Wow, this is just stupid. Even as a fundamentalist I find this ridiculous. There’s nothing else on this other than this kook’s blog. This is worse than those UFO cranks!
you read like a paid debunker get off sitchen he was blessed and appointed by god to bring to light the lies of governments and religion alike. i dont care about the original hebrew as much as the ORINAL ancient sumerian anunnakian the first languages before the jews of enlil distorted the truth.
then you miss the point – what Sitchin says is contradicted by the Akkadian and Sumerian texts. He’s wrong if you care about those texts. See http://www.sitchiniswrong.com.
