Does the new edition come with an appendix/bibliography in the back? There were things in the story that a friend and I were wanting to look up. Or will both books be a part of the handbook you mentioned for the Portent?

No – the bibliographic material in The Facade was removed for page count (expense). I will be posting what was there on a website. The Portent handbook has its own bibliographic citations.

That’s too bad–I enjoyed promoting The Facade to people as “the novel that requires footnotes.” I’m looking forward to reading The Portant, though. Congrats on finally getting it out!
