Great interview, pretty poor straw man representation of Calvinism though. I consider myself a Calvanist but can accept all things stated in the interview, God ordains all things in heaven and earth but can leave the method open, this does not impinge on Gods sovereignty at all. To equate Calvinism to predestination is just lazy, and unfair.
Yes; I don’t rule out God decreeing things if he wants to. I just don’t think that’s the case with many things (most, really, like what I’ll eat for dinner), and I think the method is open in such cases.
I just listened to the podcast. Based on the questions they asked and the questions they didn’t ask, I don’t think they got it!
