Last June a secret recording from 1968 surfaced (read: was leaked) to the public. It details, among other things, that L. Ron Hubbard, founder of Scientology, believed “Christ was an alien mind control implant” (i.e., there was no real Jesus Christ).
Yeah, I know — it’s Scientology, whose next guru in waiting is Tom Cruise (maybe he’ll jump up and down on a sofa while he pontificates to the world). Try not to laugh (I’m trying as I type this), but it’s a good example of UFO religion.
